Every year around this time, the team at SFM Services likes to share our best moments, biggest milestones, and jaw-dropping events.
Throughout the year, we’ve hosted and participated in several career fairs. And we’re still hiring at SFM! If you or someone you know is interested in full or part-time work in the janitorial, landscaping, or security industry, consider joining our team.
Earlier this year, we learned the Sun-Sentinel named us one of its Top Workplaces of 2021. The award recognizes companies in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties for their efforts to boost employee engagement, attract and retain top talent, and transform the workplace culture. While we appreciate being singled out as a leading company in South Florida’s business community, this particular award is especially significant because it’s based on employee feedback. We’ve always known our employees are our most valuable assets. It’s why every year, we take every opportunity to show our appreciation, promote job enthusiasm, and foster effective teamwork.
For over 50 years, our purpose has always been keeping businesses, commercial properties, and municipalities clean, safe, and attractive. And in July, we created a new branch to serve the South Florida community when disaster strikes. After a catastrophic event, the SFM Disaster Recovery crew is ready and able to serve as first responders.
We participated in some worthy events this year, for sure. In May, we teed up for the City of Tamarac’s 9th Annual P.A.R.O.T Golf Tournament to benefit the residents of the Tamarac. And in September, we weathered the rain to take part in the Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run. We may not have been the quickest runners, but we were glad to be a part of this South Florida institution again.
Earlier this month, the team was assisting with events once again, showing everyone the art of event cleaning at Art Basel in Miami Beach.
While normal sometimes feels like it’s far away, 2022 is definitely a year of hope and possibilities. Thank you for being part of the SFM family. We wish you a holiday season filled with comfort, joy, and delight. There’s an amazing year ahead!
