This Miami-based team brought home the top honor in high school basketball, and we couldn’t be prouder to support a school that’s raising the bar on and off the court. Baptist Health Plantation Medical Office Earns Prestigious TOBY Award
We’re proud to recognize our partners at Baptist Health’s Plantation Medical Office, which just won the BOMA Southern Region TOBY Award in the Medical category.
Often called the Emmy’s of Commercial Real Estate, the TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards celebrate the best in building management, environmental responsibility, and tenant engagement. This win moves them forward to the BOMA International Conference in July, where they’ll compete on a national stage.

Game-Changing Vision at Miami Lighthouse for the Blind
One of the most inspiring projects we’ve been part of recently is the unveiling of the Blind Soccer Mini Pitch at Miami Lighthouse for the Blind, designed specifically for young blind children.
This groundbreaking program starts with early learners as young as one year old, helping them build confidence, physical skills, and connection through play. The Lighthouse’s own Oseas De Leon, a member of the U.S. Men’s Blind Soccer Team, is helping lead the charge.
We’re proud to have played a small role in preparing the space for such an important, inclusive initiative.
Flawless Launch on the Sand: Global Champions Arabians Tour
In April, the Global Champions Arabians Tour, presented by Qatar Airways, launched its first season with a spectacular beachfront event in Miami. It was more than just a horse show; it was an international celebration of elegance, precision, and world-class presentation.
